pacific city

this is my favorite beach.



there's this dune, which in itself is worth the extra drive. and somehow, this beach is always more transformative, it turns us all into little kids, and the little kids among us...well, they go positively feral. in the greatest way.









plus tidepools and amazing rocks





but of the really amazing part -- the cape -- i have no pictures this time. next time, perhaps. i like to think we'll go back sooner than later.

the last day

we made it back to the beach one more time before school starts. and we remembered the cameras this time.







there are even some of me. by the way, i cut my hair.
